ABOUT ME
As you may have already seen, my name is Farly Sandro Forestal. I am a Civil Engineer with specialization in structures and BIM Modeler, with a little but very good experience in companies such as Designer, Site Supervisor, and Site Resident.
Since February 2020 I have been the "Supervisor of Manufacture and Assembly of Metallic Structures" with a full-time and fixed-term contract, in the construction company Discoom Estructuras, acabados y servicios S.A. de C.V. where I have collaborated in projects such as the "Construction of the structural steel project, for the company "Grupo Alianza": (Warehouse / Industrial Warehouses in Tecámac, State of Mexico; Commercial Premises in Martín Carrera, Mexico City; Design and Construction of Elevators and Industrial Mezzanines in different parts of the Mexican republic):
- BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit and Tekla Structures for the manufacture and assembly of metal structures
- Preparation of Manufacturing and Assembly Drawings
- Preparation of Work Budgets
- Supervision of Manufacture and Assembly of metallic structures
- Carrying out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in welding
- Preparation of reports and progress reports
- Executive Project (Structural Calculation, Structural Design, etc.) for Elevators and Industrial Mezzanines.
From August 2019 to February 2020 I collaborated as a Structural Civil Engineer in DR Hydro Soluciones Agrícolas S.A. de C.V. My responsibility was mainly for carrying out the general analysis design, calculations, structural design, detailling and preparation of construction plans for photovoltaic projects, projects for agricultural greenhouses, projects for small hydraulic storage dams for irrigation, among others. Since the identification of the client's needs, I have intervened with the head responsible for the Structural Engineering department, the head responsible for the Project Management department and the other engineers from the Structural Engineering department, to whom I belong. Then, in my department, develop proposals and models that meet the required requirements, present them in the form of exhibitions to the Project Management department, so that we can choose the most viable, according to the interests of the company, as well as that of the client. Main activities or missions:
- Preparation and structural design of an "Executive Project for the construction of a masonry dam in the town of Tlacotepec, in the State of Morelos."
- Preparation of a structural design proposal for the installation of 402 solar panels at CIVAC, in the municipality of Jiutepec, State of Morelos.
- Resident of Work and Supervisor in Maintenance of diversion dams, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 7th, Toma del Rio Yautepec in the municipality of Yautepec, State of Morelos.
- Topographic survey for tubing of the irrigation canal in Tlacotepec, Morelos.
- Drilling a 200-meter deep well for agricultural irrigation, in the town of Tenango, Morelos.
- Preparation of public tenders competitions.
